What we can’t help with
- Personal visa applications. We don’t process visas and we don’t review personal documents. Apply through the official portal linked in each guide, or through an accredited visa service if you want a human to handle the paperwork.
- Legal or immigration advice. If you have a refused visa, an overstay, or a dual-citizenship question, please speak to a licensed immigration attorney in the relevant country.
- Emergency situations abroad. If you are a US citizen in trouble overseas, contact the nearest US embassy or consulate directly, or call the State Department from the US at +1-888-407-4747.
